Ally Elite Agency Federal Resume Packages

As Federal & Military Resume Experts, our goal at Ally Elite Agency is to make sure that your career profile aligns perfectly with the roles that you plan to apply for. Predominately, it is likely that you need a Federal resume to apply for positions on USAJobs.gov, which has strict rules and parameters for how to set-up your resume for their review. A standard civilian resume will not be appropriate when applying to a position within the government (state and federal). There are specific templates that need to be used during the application process for a federal position/vacancy. We guarantee that all of our Federal templates meet the (current) parameters for USAJobs.gov and other state/federal vacancies.

How does this work? Well, simply stated, we know how to read and translate Federal Vacancy Announcements and the proper ways to craft a federal resume that not only incorporates the needed application elements but accentuates your core competencies and major accomplishments. We do this by delving into your career history, scouring your documentation, awards, and recognitions, to find and utilize the most important, relevant, and keyword-optimized content. We consistently ensure that your federal resume includes the core elements needed, without reducing your overall history and relevant achievements. While federal and military resumes are similar in scope (using the same templates/formats), the way in which we write and differentiate your federal resume is a bit more complex. Whether you are a prior Military Service Member and are transitioning to a Federal position/vacancy, have only served in the Federal (or State) landscape, or are just entering the field of Government Contracts and Bids, we are here to make sure that your federal resume best serves your needs.

To make it easier on you, we have separated our services into levels and tiers, which allow you to decide on which services/documents best suit your needs.

The first step is to decide which type of Federal level you fall under. If you are just entering the workforce, an entry-level professional, a recent graduate, have up to 5 years of federal/professional work experience (approx. GS1-GS5 or so), you would want to choose the Standard Federal Resume package.

Generally, the most common level would be our professional federal resume package, which is generally for professionals with between 5 and 15 years of experience (or anyone less than a C-Suite Executive). This includes GS6-GS12 (approx.) levels of service.

Lastly, the Executive/Expert-level Federal Resume level is for individuals with executive-level and/or C-suite experience, is project-based, multi-tiered, a high-level/complex Technical and/or between 15-30+ years of work experience. The GS levels here are high-level administration, such as GS12-GS15 and SES positions.

Once you have decided on your level, the next step is to review our career services tiers. We have separated these tiers into GOLD, PLATINUM, & DIAMOND. Below, you will see a chart that includes the differences between these tiers.
