    Just looking for an expert to review your resume and see where you stand? Need a place to start in the resume rewrite process? A Resume Critique/Analysis might be the best place for you. A Certified Professional Resume Writer will deep-dive into your resume, offering you a thorough, comprehensive, and detailed snapshot of your resume. We will provide you with tips, tricks, and recommendations, and offer a professional review of your career history as a whole. The resume critique/analysis will be a document (in Word format) that will be sent to you digitally. This service does include an intake conversation with a member of our team but does not include a Writer Consultation.


    *Note: If you obtain a Resume Critique/Analysis and go on to purchase one of our packages, $50 will be deducted from your total package price as a discount.

    ​​​​​Cover Letter - $100

    While all of our packages include Cover Letters, it is, on occasion, recommended that a client has more than one or an additional type of Cover Letter. Our professional cover letters also include academic entrance letters and similar formal documentation. If you have a need for a specific type of letter/document, just reach out to us, it is likely that we have written one before and can help! There are 2 main types of career-focused Cover Letters – general and specific – which both have their purposes. A general cover letter is industry and title-specific but is not geared towards a specific open position/company. A specific Cover Letter, however, is geared toward a specific role/open position or a particular company. At Ally Elite Agency, we offer Cover Letters for all of our packages. Unless otherwise indicated (and the requisite/job announcement has been sent), our Writers will assume that you need a general letter.

    ​LinkedIn Optimization - $250

    If you chose a resume package that does not already include a LinkedIn Profile Optimization, and you wish to purchase one, this option is the best choice for you. Once purchased, a Certified LinkedIn Expert and/or Resume Writer will use the latest version of your resume and/or current LinkedIn to make sure that your career profile/brand is concise across all platforms, including LinkedIn. As a note, it is expected that your resume is 100% complete and accurate (i.e., you have a final working version of your resume) prior to starting on this service. If your resume is incomplete, or revisions need to be made, a Writer cannot start on your LinkedIn Profile. This is for your best interest, as we want to use “approved content” when crafting the information needed for your LinkedIn Profile.


    What is included in this service:


    • 1 LinkedIn Profile Optimization Sheet (Word format)
    • 1 Initial Consultation with an Intake Specialist
    • 1 Writer Consultation (optional/as needed)
    • A background photo (3 options with samples are sent until the final copy is approved, the watermark will be removed in the final approval stage)
    • Assistance with the profile picture (not a professional headshot/photography session, just advice/adjustment to the picture if necessary)
    • If needed, initial set-up of LinkedIn


    *Note: According to the terms of service with LinkedIn, it is against the account rules to access another person’s account. Therefore, no reputable Career Services Company would offer to sign in to your LinkedIn account for you. No representative at Ally Elite Agency will be able to login to your LinkedIn account (we cannot risk termination of your account or ours as this is against the terms of service). If a prior Writer or Agency has told you that this is fine, please know that it is a HUGE red flag, and they are not a reputable organization.

    ​​​​Resume Coaching – $100 / Hour

    Predominately, this service is meant to be used for Career Coaching clients or those that are interested in ongoing Interview Prep. However, this service can also be used to cover additional time spent with a Professional Resume Writer or Career Coach outside of other purchased services/packages. During these calls, there will be an initial consultation (generally 10-15 minutes) with our intake team who will schedule you for a 1-hour Resume or Career Coaching call, depending on your need. All of our Certified Career Coaches and Professional Resume Writers will be able to assist you with any questions you might have and/or provide detailed information regarding the overall career development process. This service can also be used for additional Interview Prep/Mock Interview sessions needed during Career Coaching. There is no limit on the number of hours that can be purchased. However, if a program is needed, we would likely recommend one of our Career Coaching packages instead.


    What is included in this service:

    • 1 Initial Consultation with an Intake Specialist (10-15 minutes)
    • 1-Hour Consultation with a Certified Professional Resume Writer or Certified Career Coach (depending on the need identified in the initial call)

    ​Thank You/Follow-Up Letter - $75

    While a Thank You/Follow-Up Letter is not as common, it does not hurt to have one in your repertoire. At Ally Elite Agency, we strongly suggest keeping all of your documents align with your brand. For instance, your headers/contact information section, fonts, bullets, and overall aesthetics should remain the same across your entire career profile. A Thank You or Follow-Up Letter is meant to be addressed to and sent (via email or postal service) to the Interviewer following an Interview. Therefore, this type of letter is considered “specific,” and the pertinent details of this interview are required.

    ​Resume Update – $150

    For returning customers or clients that just need a quick update to their resume, this service is the best choice. A resume update is considered an “update” when one of these parameters applies: you just need to add your most recent 1-2 positions, you are changing the overall scope of the resume (i.e., applying to a different type of position than the resume was originally created for), you completed education and/or have additional academic achievements to add, if you need to add additional sections to your resume, if it has been more than 30 days since you worked with us and you need to make a revision/change (within reason, if it is just something small, we’ll likely fix it for free), or if you just need to make an overall update to the resume template/format* in general.


    Note: a resume update cannot be purchased on an unfinished or incomplete resume. The resume needs to be in its final draft stage. Additionally, it is not necessary that the resume was purchased from Ally Elite Agency. However, if the Certified Resume Writer working on the update deems the format/template not to be at least ATS-compatible, it is likely that they will encourage you to obtain one of our services. While making add-on sales is never our intention, we want to ensure that the customer receives the best service possible. So, if we find that you are using an outdated or non-ATS-compatible resume, it is possible that we will decline to make the update (and you will be refunded), and/or you will be recommended to purchase a package. We will never make this recommendation unless we are certain that it is needed.


    *Note: If this resume update is purchased to make a template/format change, additional charges may incur if the original template is extremely challenging, difficult, or if content is unable to easily transfer. If this situation occurs, a representative from Ally Elite Agency will contact you and provide the options available, refunding if necessary.

    ​Interview Prep Orientation – $150

    Our Interview Prep Orientation Course is a 2-hour webinar/workshop that is offered throughout the year. We hold multiple events monthly, and all Ally Elite Agency customers (and guests) are allowed to join. This course will also be sent digitally/virtually (once purchased), so that it is not necessary to attend the live events.


    • Access to a 2-Hour Interview Prep Orientation Course (see our Social Media and Events pages for information on the available dates/times for live events).
    • A Digital copy of the Interview Prep Orientation Course
    • 1 – 30-minute Interview Prep Consultation (optional) with a Certified Career Coach
